Avance advises Alexandria Pankkiiriliike Oyj in the acquisition of Premium Advisors Oy, an insurance intermediary representing an insurance portfolio amounting to approximately EUR 890 million. As a consequence of the transaction, Alexandria will become one of the largest investment insurance intermediaries in Finland.
