Avance advises ASP Data Center, a Norwegian provider of data center services, in the acquisition of a large-scale data center site in Pori, Finland from CompassForge Ventures. The site combines immediate power availability with long-term scalability and ASP Data Center will join forces with Ecogrid.Energy.Ltd in the development management of the site. Construction is planned to begin in early 2026.
