Avance advises CapMan Infra in the sale of its 60 percent stake in Valokuitunen Oy, Finland’s largest independent fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) network company, to Brookfield Infrastructure Structured Solutions and Telia. CapMan Infra and Telia established Valokuitunen in April 2020 and since then the company has become the market-leading FTTH company in Finland.
The transaction is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2026.
