Avance advises Communardo Group, a German provider of consulting services and solutions for the digital workplace, in its acquisition of the Atlassian business of Ambientia Group, a Finnish technology and digital consultancy company. The acquisition strengthens Communardo’s position in the Nordics as the leading Atlassian partner across the entire Nordic region, as the Finnish team will join Communardo Nordics.
The transaction, which is supported by Communardo’s long-term growth partner BU Bregal Unternehmerkapital, marks another step in Communardo’s European growth strategy and strengthens its role as a leading Atlassian partner for modern workplace solutions in Europe.
