Freska to acquire Koti Puhtaaksi

Avance advises Freska Group, an on-demand online home cleaning services company operating in Finland, Sweden, Norway and Spain, in the acquisition of Koti Puhtaaksi, creating a combined entity employing over 1,300 persons.
