Avance advises GI Partners and its lead legal counsel Kirkland & Ellis in the acquisition of Digita Group from funds managed by an affiliate of DigitalBridge Group, Inc. Digita Group is one of the largest independent, diversified tower companies in the Nordics, with more than 950 nationwide tower sites across both Finland and Iceland.
The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026.
