Avance advises HGR Property Partners in the sale of one school and two daycare assets in the historical Kaartin Lasaretti block in the city center of Helsinki to CapMan Social Real Estate Fund. Two of the buildings have recently been refurbished and the third building is currently undergoing a full refurbishment.
