Avance acts as the lead legal advisor to ICEYE in its EUR 1 billion Series F financing at a valuation of more than EUR 10 billion. The financing round was led by General Atlantic and included Solidium, TCV, Nokia, Tesi, Varma, Ilmarinen and Lifeline Ventures as co-investors.
The financing round comprises a primary investment of EUR 450 million as well as additional secondary transactions of more than EUR 550 million. The transaction represents one of the largest Nordic growth company financings to date and marks a significant milestone in the development of sovereign space-based intelligence infrastructure.
The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
