Avance advises Lumme Palvelukiinteistöt (jointly owned by Alma Property Partners and senior members of the operating team) in the acquisition of a portfolio of eight timber-constructed care properties from Hoivarakentajat Oy for approximately EUR 30 million. This strategic acquisition marks the beginning of the company’s goal to build a care property portfolio exceeding 100 million euros, consisting of high-quality care and assisted living assets in key locations across Finland. The properties, located in key cities and growth areas, feature long-term leases with well-known care service providers and meet stringent sustainability standards.
