Avance advises Neqst, a Swedish investment firm specializing in profitable growth companies within the software and IT-services sectors, in its acquisition of the cyber security consulting business currently operated by WithSecure Corporation. The acquired cyber security business includes a total of approximately 250 employees located in Finland, UK, Sweden, Denmark, Singapore, Italy and the US. The completion of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
