Avance advises NV Property Fund I Ky, a fund managed by NV Kiinteistösijoitus Oy, in its divestment of a portfolio of four Helsinki Airport assets to Global Net Lease, Inc. The assets have a total lettable area of approximately 60,000 square metres and are leased to Finnair Plc. with long-term lease agreements.
