Avance advises Plugit, a Finnish electric mobility service provider, in its acquisition of Helen’s charging business. Under the terms of the deal, Plugit will take over Helen’s charging network, which comprises 199 public charging stations and 798 charging points, serving over 55,000 users. As a result of the acquisition, Plugit will become the largest charging operator in the Helsinki metropolitan area in terms of the number of public charging points.
