Avance advises Quattro Mikenti Group (QMG) in the acquisition of LVI-Trio Group. The acquisition will further increase QMG's share of the market for building services and contracting in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The companies join the group as part of QMG Partners, which provides maintenance, repair and modernization services for building services. The completion of the transaction requires the approval of the competition authorities.
