The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority has approved, subject to certain conditions, the acquisition of Stockmann plc's Delicatessen business operations in Finland by S Group's regional cooperatives. The competition authority investigated the acquisition in in-depth Phase II proceedings. Avance advised Stockmann plc in the proceedings.
