Synsam Nordic expands its presence in the Nordics through acquisition in Finland

Avance advises Synsam Nordic, owned by funds advised by CVC Capital Partners, in the acquisition of SF Optical Holding Oy Ab. SF Optical will add 50 stores to Synsam, bringing the group’s total number of optical stores to 475, located throughout the Nordics.
