Leenamaija has 20 years of experience in employment law and HR matters. She is particularly known for assisting companies with complex employment law assignments arising from business transformations, including scaling operations, complex integration projects and international expansion. She is recognized as one of the leading experts in transactional employment law in Finland, but also handles daily employment questions from employers with care. Her experience as People Services Leader in a multidisciplinary Big Four environment and in HR in-house gives her a broad understanding of her clients’ business needs, enabling her to provide advice that supports her clients’ wider business objectives.
In addition to her law degree, Leenamaija holds an MBA from Aalto University Executive Education.
