How would your days look like?
At Avance, all trainees have the opportunity to work with similar tasks, whether they are at the beginning or end of their studies. Our trainees work closely with our lawyers gaining a comprehensive insight into a wide range of industries with a focus on corporate transactions, disputes and other projects. We provide our trainees with a tailor-made traineeship based on their personal situation and preferences.
Some of your tasks could be, for example:
- Preparing trade register notifications
- Drafting company minutes
- Conducting legal due diligence
- Managing data rooms
- Translating documents
- Filing documents to authorities
- Participating in project calls
- Taking care of our library
- Assisting with general office tasks
