We advise clients on all digital initiatives, ranging from business critical digital transformation and outsourcing programs to software licensing, as-a-service delivery models, and software implementation projects, often with data at their core. We further regularly advise clients on the application of digital regulation in complex operating environments. We combine extensive experience in IT contracting with hands on involvement across the full lifecycle of IT initiatives, from RFP preparation to managing major change requests to exit scenarios, bringing clarity, structure and control to business-critical programs.
