Aleksi Komulainen

Aleksi advises clients in corporate and commercial disputes and on matters relating to investigations and corporate criminal liability. He regularly assists clients in litigation before general courts and in domestic and international arbitration. Aleksi has particular expertise in complex disputes relating to mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and company law matters. He is also experienced in advising clients on a broad range of regulatory matters. In addition to his private sector experience, Aleksi has trained on the bench at the District Court of Helsinki, providing him with an in-depth understanding of Finnish court proceedings.
