Leevi Mehtäjärvi
Leevi focuses on public and private M&A, capital markets transactions as well as private equity and growth investments in a broad range of industries. He also advises clients on general corporate, governance and securities law related matters. In addition to his Finnish law studies, Leevi has studied economics and management at the University of Oxford as well as corporate and securities law at LSE.
