Toni advises both corporate and private equity clients on M&A transactions and he has broad experience in transactions in the areas of technology, gaming, B2B services, healthcare and construction. Toni further advises clients on venture capital transactions as well as in general commercial and contractual matters. Toni has also gained experience working for a major German law firm.
