Valle-Veikko Eronen

Valle-Veikko advises clients across a wide range of conflict management matters. He is recognized as a pragmatic and reliable advisor for companies in high-stakes contentious matters, including complex litigation and arbitration proceedings as well as mediation. Valle-Veikko is experienced in both institutional arbitration under various rules and ad hoc proceedings. His dispute work includes, among others, corporate and post M&A, professional and D&O liability, and high-value long-term commercial contracts in the technology, financial, healthcare, energy, and real estate sectors. He also has hands-on experience from some of the largest bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings in Finland and the related legal proceedings.

Valle-Veikko guides clients through complex and sensitive investigations and the related follow-on processes, covering both criminal and civil liability. He further advises on questions related to foundation law.

Valle-Veikko is a former board member of the Young Arbitration Club Finland and Secretary to the Finnish Arbitration Association. He has completed the Arbitration Academy organized by the Arbitration Institute of the Finland Chamber of Commerce and served as a law clerk for the Päijät-Häme District Court.
