Valle-Veikko Eronen

Valle-Veikko advises clients across a wide range of conflict management matters and is recognized as a pragmatic and reliable advisor for companies in high-stakes contentious matters, including complex litigation and arbitration proceedings. He has particular expertise in significant disputes relating to long-term commercial contracts and in company law matters. He also has hands-on experience from some of the largest bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings in Finland and the related legal proceedings. Valle-Veikko guides clients through intricate and sensitive internal investigations and the ensuing follow-on processes, covering both criminal and civil liability. He further advises on questions related to foundation law.

Valle-Veikko is a former board member of the Young Arbitration Club Finland and Secretary to the Finnish Arbitration Association. He has completed the Arbitration Academy organised by the Arbitration Institute of the Finland Chamber of Commerce and served as law clerk for the Päijät-Häme District Court.
