Avance advises Föreningen Konstsamfundet r.f. and its subsidiaries Mercator Media Ab and KSF Media Ab in the issue of shares representing a majority interest in KSF Media Ab to Bonnier News. Through the share issue, Bonnier will own 51 percent of the company and Konstsamfundet 49 percent, and KSF Media’s newspapers Hufvudstadsbladet, Västra Nyland and Östnyland, as well as HBL Junior, will be part of the Dagens Nyheter business area of Bonnier News.
The agreement and the intended collaboration require approval by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority to enter into force.
