Avance advises Castellum, one of the largest listed real estate companies in Sweden, in its acquisition from Skandia Fastigheter of an office property in the Ruoholahti office-block area of Helsinki. The building of the property comprises some 14,400 sqm with Nokia and Fennovoima as major tenants. Through the acquisition, Castellum enters the Finnish market and aims to become one of the major commercial real estate owners in Helsinki.
