Avance advises Logistea AB (publ) in its agreement to acquire a cold storage and logistics property in Vantaa, close to Helsinki Airport. The property was completed in 2023 with a lettable area of 6,078 sqm. In connection with the transaction, the asset is leased out with an initial 8-year lease term to a leading Finnish food producer operating within the production and distribution of salad products.
