eQ Commercial Properties Fund acquires an office property in Espoo

Avance advises eQ Commercial Properties Fund in the acquisition of an office property in Leppävaara, Espoo, from Union Investment. The target of the transaction was building A of Alberga Business Park, a modern multi-tenant office complex.
