Avance advises Marimekko Corporation (listed on Nasdaq Helsinki) in the sale of its head office property in Helsinki to a fund managed by OP Financial Group. The property houses Marimekko’s head office, textile printing factory and retail space of two stores. Marimekko will remain as tenant in the property based on a long-term lease agreement.
