Avance advises Nordisk Renting in its acquisition of a newly built truck service center and the Finnish headquarters of Scania Suomi, located in the prime logistics area in Vantaa near Helsinki Airport. The facility comprises two buildings totaling approximately 6,600 sqm of heavy-duty vehicle repair and maintenance, as well as office premises. The transaction reinforces Nordisk Renting’s position as a long term real estate partner to both Scania and the broader Volkswagen Group across the Nordic region.
The acquisition is structured as a sale and leaseback with a long-term triple-net lease agreement, including a call option for Scania to repurchase the facility and an extension option at the end of the lease period.
