Avance advises Nordisk Renting in its acquisition of Adapteo’s approximately 9,000 sqm production and warehousing facility in Riihimäki from Tekova, who is responsible for the construction of the facility. The facility is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2027, after which ownership will transfer to Nordisk Renting. Nordisk Renting will oversee the long term ownership and financing of the facility, while Adapteo can focus on its core business of delivering modular building solutions for schools, offices, healthcare facilities, and residential needs.
