Avance advised Sirius Fund III SCSp in the divestment of two office properties located in Keilaniemi, Espoo, to eQ Finnish Real Estate, a fund managed by eQ Asset Management. The Keilaranta 5 and 7 properties are both fully let with a combined lettable area of approx. 10,300 sqm. Rovio, Greenstep, Academic Work and Helvar are amongst the main tenants in the properties.
