Avance advises the Student Union of the University of Helsinki (HYY) in the sale of the New Student House, the Old Student House, Citytalo, Kaivotalo, Hansatalo as well as Kaivokatu 12 to a consortium led by the Finnish pensions institution Keva. Keva's co-investors in the acquisition are Mrec Investment Management Oy and HGR Property Partners Oy, who will be responsible for the investment management and development of the assets following completion of the transaction.
