Avance advises Urban Partners (previously Nrep) and Pontos Group in the sale of a newly developed logistics facility at Helsinki Airport to German real estate investor SICORE Real Assets. The 15,000 sqm property, completed in summer 2025, serves as DHL Express’s main sorting center in Finland.
