Avance advises Ylva in the sale of the C and D buildings of the Domus Academica property located in Leppäsuo, Helsinki, to Unity Living. The transaction completes the overall restructuring of HYY's debt position.
The C and D buildings being sold to Unity Living comprise 229 rental apartments as well as restaurant, office and retail premises. Unity Living intends to continue operating the buildings as student housing.
