Finland is an increasingly important jurisdiction for the global asset management industry. It has a very established private equity and venture capital industry, which attracts international investors. In addition, Finland’s large institutional investors are active investors globally.

We have significant experience in representing Finnish institutional investors in their investments in Finland and abroad (including in the U.S, the Cayman Islands, Jersey, Guernsey and Luxembourg), foreign investors in their investments in Finnish investment funds, in particular private equity and venture capital funds, and asset management firms in their regulatory affairs and fund formation in Finland.
