Mari is an experienced employment law practitioner adeptly navigating a spectrum of employment-related matters, dispute resolution as well as compliance and investigations. She has extensive experience with providing strategic advisory to companies, board members and management on a wide variety of employment-related matters such as corporate restructurings, cooperation procedures, collective bargaining agreements, service and executive employment contract issues as well as termination of employment. She is also an expert in complex questions related to occupational health and safety matters. Her dispute resolution practice covers a wide variety of employment related disputes and criminal matters from dispute avoidance and conflict management to litigation and arbitration. She also serves as arbitrator. Further, Mari supports clients in internal investigations and other workplace-related non-compliance and whistleblowing matters. With a rich professional background that includes e.g. tenure in the Finnish court system Mari is a recognized expert in her field frequently lecturing on diverse facets of employment law. She has also previously acted as a member of the Labour Council and a long-term secretary of the Finnish Employment Law Association.
