Minna Katajoki (née Vammeljoki) specialises in conflict management, dispute resolution, and corporate crime. Minna advises clients from various sectors, including energy and infrastructure, ICT and private equity, in their commercial, corporate, and regulatory disputes. Minna represents clients in arbitration, e.g., under the FAI, the SCC and the ICC rules, and in litigation in Finnish general courts and administrative courts. Frequent topics of disputes include share purchase and shareholders’ agreements, trade secrets, supply and distribution, and large projects and construction. In corporate crime, Minna specialises in investigations and criminal trials concerning environmental offences and financial misconduct. In administrative procedure, Minna assists clients with topics such as land use planning and building. Minna also acts as arbitrator.
