Ulla Vuokila
Ulla is an experienced practitioner within corporate and commercial litigation and arbitration, including disputes relating to mergers and acquisitions, shareholders’ agreements, supply contracts, construction and various kinds of liability and damages claims. She has also extensive experience in advising clients in compliance matters and internal investigations, e.g. securities markets, business secrets and anti-corruption related issues, and in general corporate advisory. Ulla advises clients in a number of business disputes also before administrative and special courts and handles major proceedings relating to corporate criminal liability. Ulla serves regularly as an arbitrator in commercial disputes and also in squeeze-out matters and as a mediator in commercial disputes.
Ulla is a member of the Finnish Bar Association and Vice Chair of the Board of the Arbitration Institute of the Finland Chamber of Commerce (FAI).
