Eeva is a recognized expert in real estate transactions and property development projects, with versatile experience in handling complex corporate and contractual matters. She has played a key role in several of the firm’s high-profile mandates and is noted in leading legal directories for the outstanding quality of her work, strong market understanding and her efficient, proactive approach.
Donya has extensive experience across a broad spectrum of financing transactions. Recently, her practice has focused on acquisition, real estate, and project and infrastructure financing transactions, as well as refinancings. Donya’s ability to deliver practical, commercial solutions in challenging transactions, together with her excellent project management skills, makes her as a trusted advisor to the firm’s domestic and international clients.
