Joakim will advise clients on all matters relating to compensation, incentives and reward structures, with a particular focus on designing tax- and social security-efficient employee incentive schemes. He is the leading expert in a wide range of incentive instruments, including options and share awards, among others. This expertise is highly valuable to our clients, including in the early and growth stages. He will also support clients in transactions, advising on tax matters relating to individual sellers, management teams and key personnel. Joakim brings with him experience in employment matters, such as employer obligations, withholding requirements and structuring of social security arrangements.
Furthermore, Joakim has extensive experience in tax disputes, social security disputes, white-collar crime proceedings and the private wealth segment. He is an active contributor to the legal community through publications, conference presentations and teaching.
