Maiju Klemola is an experienced technology lawyer, advising clients on outsourcing and digital transformation projects, deployment of new technologies as well as technology intensive transactions and IT integration and separation projects. Her experience covers the entire life cycle of IT procurement from RFP preparation to vendor selection, contract negotiation as well as identification and management of risks in ongoing projects, termination and exit.
