Kaisa Hyry

Kaisa specializes in transactional work and corporate taxation. She focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and related corporate tax matters and structuring in a broad range of industries. She also advises clients on general contract and corporate law matters. Kaisa has previously gained experience as in-house counsel for a Finnish investment firm, where her responsibilities also included operational functions. In addition to a law degree, she holds a B.Soc.Sc. degree in International Relations.
