Rasmus Sundström
Rasmus focuses on public M&A and capital markets transactions as well as corporate and securities law advisory work. Rasmus is recognized in several international rankings within public M&A and capital markets and has gained particular experience from complex public takeover situations. In addition to his transactional practice, Rasmus advises clients on a broad range of governance and regulatory issues and regularly chairs general meetings of publicly and privately held companies.
