Henrik Aro
Henrik advises clients in mergers and acquisitions with a particular focus on technology-intensive industries. He also represents growth companies, venture capital funds and corporate venture investors in venture capital and corporate venture transactions. In addition to a law degree, Henrik holds a M.Sc. (Econ) degree in Accounting.
