Janina is a tax professional with several years of experience from complex tax matters related to domestic and international M&A and real estate transactions and corporate structure planning. Janina has gained vast knowledge of tax litigation, advance ruling and pre-emptive discussion proceedings. She is also regularly involved with value added tax matters, internal reorganizations, such as mergers and demergers, and management incentive programs. Janina also has practical experience of general corporate law and general M&A.
