Avance advises Sweco in the acquisition of Fimpec Group, a company specialized in consulting, engineering, and project and construction management within the green transition of the energy and industry sector. Fimpec Group employs around 400 experts and had a turnover close to EUR 51 million in 2024.
The transaction is subject to approval by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
