Toni has been involved in numerous transactions in the areas of private equity, technology, health care and construction. He also regularly assists clients with commercial dispute resolution cases.
Represented a Finnish real estate investment company in a debt collection case involving complex judicial issues. The case was finally decided by the Finnish Supreme Court.
