Avance advises HGR Property Partners in the acquisition of the historical Kaartin Lasaretti block in central Helsinki from Senate Properties. The acquired block located by the Hietalahti market square encompasses altogether six different buildings as well as underground premises. HGR is planning to develop the Kaartin Lasaretti block alongside the planning reservation granted to it for the broader Hietalahdenranta area by the City of Helsinki.
