Triton creates a new decentralized infrastructure services platform through three acquisitions

Avance advises Triton in the acquisitions of three leading Finnish infrastructure companies VM Suomalainen Oy, Lännen Alituspalvelu Oy and Oteran Oy, creating a new operator, Lohkare Infra. Lohkare Infra is among the largest companies in the Finnish infrastructure sector, with an annual turnover of nearly EUR 200 million and approx. 200 employees.

The acquisition of Oteran Oy is subject to regulatory approvals, which are expected later in 2025.
