In the banking and finance space, Linda Magnusson and Sari Wallgren led a team during the research period advising Danske Bank and Relkredit Danmark in regards to financing the acquisition of a logistics portfolio located in Denmark, Sweden and Finland by a consortium of pension funds located in Denmark. This deal had a value of approximately €650 million.

On the banking and finance side this has been enhanced by the performance of partners such as Selinda Näse and Sari Wallgren. Näse, for example, took the lead in advising Sagax in €14.8 million and kr45 million (€6 million) financing arrangements made available by Swedbank to Sagax’s Finnish and Danish subsidiaries to finance the acquisition of Finnish and Danish properties from the Volvo group. Wallgren, meanwhile, was in charge as the team assisted Nordea Bank Finland in a secured financing transaction for a Finnish property company ultimately owned by an international real estate investor.
