Avance advises Kojamo Oyj in the divestment by Kojamo group companies of a portfolio of residential properties with altogether 478 apartments located in Hämeenlinna, Järvenpää, Kirkkonummi, Lahti, Lappeenranta, Mikkeli, Porvoo and Rovaniemi to Olo Asunnot.
Kojamo is the largest private residential real estate company in Finland offering rental housing services under the brand Lumo in Finland’s most significant growth centres. As at the end of 2018, there were 33,484 Lumo apartments.
